We provide you with access to the Mapeai’s platform containing objects and built-in tools to help you manage and transform your content within Mapeai domain mapeai.com.
After becoming a Mapeai’s user you obtain the right to use our services and the objects you create by using our services. You own all intellectual property related to the content created by you. Mapeai does not have ownership rights on your content, therefore you are to be held accountable for the further use of your obtained objects and you are to be responsible and liable for any consequences of their misuse.
The objects you create and transform within your Mapeai account are free to be downloaded and then uploaded to platforms other than Mapeai, copied, transformed, sent, shared, analyzed, exchanged or sold. Mapeai has no relation with further usage of these objects when they are outside Mapeai platform.
Mapeai will grant you a non-exclusive license to use the platform services through a unique user identification reference provided by Mapeai to the extent necessary to access and use the services according with the terms of this agreement.
As a Mapeai user, you acknowledge and agree that:
You, or other person on your behalf, are of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to comply with the Mapeai Terms. If otherwise you are not of the legal age of majority, please don’t give us your personal information or use our website without parental supervision.
The email address provided by you in your account registration is valid and for your exclusive use, and you will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
Your password will be kept protected, private and of your exclusive use. All activity undertaken within Mapeai through your logged in account will be deemed to have occurred on your behalf and you will be solely and fully responsible for all such activities.
The information you provide to Mapeai will be the true, under no circumstances will be subject to manipulation in order to disguise your identity or otherwise use the Mapeai’s services to impersonate another person or entity.
You confirm your rights, power, consents and authority to any content uploaded or provided by you within the Mapeai’s platform to legally access, import, copy, use, publish, transfer or license. Your content will always be current, accurate, non-infringing upon any third-party rights, and in no way unlawful for you to import, upload, copy, post, possess, transmit, display, or use in the country in which you reside.
All objects available within Mapeai, including those from its affiliates, employees, licensors or other commercial partners are the property of Mapeai or other parties that have licensed their material or provided services to Mapeai. All these materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property laws, and may not be duplicated under any circumstances, or used otherwise than described in this agreement.
Mapeai will reserve the right to manage your user data to perform technical maintenances, such as backing up and compacting. This will not, under any circumstances, affect your privacy or data security.

Our platform has been built and is continuously enhanced be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year. However, you agree that Mapeai may, in its absolute discretion, and for certain reasons and at any time, with or without notice interrupt or suspend your right to access the whole or any part of the website.
This may be due to one or more of the following situations: user’s infringement of the terms of service, internal errors in our systems, malicious attacks to our platform. Either of them may result in data loss or data corruption.
You agree that Mapei will not be liable to you for any loss of your projects, files and/or personal profile that you may suffer as a result of the aforementioned situations, as well as in cases of any interruption or suspension.
Mapeai does not take responsibility for any damage resulting from displaying, copying or downloading the materials, services or tools found on our website.
Mapeai is not responsible for costs related to misuse of the platform our use that somehow results in injury to people or damage to any property.
Mapeai makes no warranties about the content quality of the product, information or other material obtained by users through the use of our website and services.
Mapeai does not warrant that the information on the website is always true, error-free, complete or accurate.
You may not access or use the Mapeai’s platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Mapeai may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Mapeai’s platform, you agree not to:
Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Mapeai, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users, to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords, or use any information obtained from the Mapeai’s platform in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct. Likewise harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents.
Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, trojan horses, or other softwares or scripts, including unreasonable large load, that may or intend to interrupt, modify, impair, disrupt, alter, interfere, destroy, or limit the functionality, use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the services or that may impact the ability of any other Mapeai user to access the services.
Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, and signs indicating proprietary rights of Mapeai or any of our third-party licensors.
Modify, alter, decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or exploit in any way the objects or tools provided by Mapeai.
Use automated means to create user accounts or to make purchases on the platform under false pretenses.
When you purchase a product from Mapeai, you acquire a license to use, copy, perform, distribute and display the product.
In case of ordering a product from Mapeai, you pay the fee and acquire a non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with the conditions and the plan of the license that you acquire.
Your subscription will automatically renew according with the aforementioned terms. You may turn off the auto-renewal or cancel your subscription any time via your user account or with the help of our Support Team.
Note, that once the order has been submitted, you cannot cancel it. However, you are able to upgrade or downgrade your plan, during the validity of your monthly contract. If you cancel your contract, it will take effect on the end of the subscription monthly plan.
All payments on Mapeai are processed by a third-party payment processor that we believe are in full compliance with GDPR requirements. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders and provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. The transactions are conducted in US Dollars, and the buyer is responsible for all costs of conversions that may occur from one preferred currency to the US Dollar during the transactions.
